Shipping

Free worldwide shipping, duties and taxes included. Every order ships tracked, at no charge, and we pay all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be asked to pay anything at delivery.

Made to order

We don't keep stock. Every Sarnion piece is cast after you order it, in your size and finish, in our workshop in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar, so we can also adjust it for you. Production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping 5–7 business days. An express option is offered at checkout. These times are typical; if anything delays your order, we will email you.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Follow your parcel at sarnion.com/tools/track.

Delays, loss and damage

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@sarnion.com within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will remake the piece or refund you. We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
