Since each piece is carefully crafted from 925 sterling silver and genuine gold in our Istanbul atelier, processing times may vary slightly for custom orders. We'll keep you updated throughout the process via email at info@sarnion.com.

Product Measurements and Specifications

We calculate all product dimensions for every piece in our collection. You can find detailed measurements in each product description including weight (grams), length/width (inches and centimeters), and chain lengths where applicable.

We also encourage you to check our customer photo reviews! Our loyal customers frequently share photos of their Sarnion jewelry pieces. We regularly update our listing photos based on customer feedback to give you the most accurate representation of each piece.

Size Issues and Exchanges

We understand that many customers experience sizing concerns, especially with rings. We're here to help you through the exchange process, though shipping costs will apply.

For size exchanges, we recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking. Once we receive your returned item at our Istanbul location, we'll begin processing your new size immediately. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
