If you are experiencing any issues with your ring size, please contact us to request a ring sizing kit to be sent to your address.

Thanks for shopping at SARNION. We thank you for buying our products. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at SARNION. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at SARNION, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Policy.

If there's something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
If you would like to return or exchange a product, the only proper way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

Return Eligibility:
Only online purchases from the SARNION official website will be eligible for return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches and blemishes. Items must be in their original packaging. You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.

Custom and personalized orders (e.g., engraved items or made-to-order pieces) are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

Ring size and finish selection (e.g., oxidized matte, 14K gold vermeil, polished silver, black rhodium, rose gold plating) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to incorrect ring size or finish selection. We strongly recommend using our ring sizing guide or requesting a free ring sizing kit before placing your order. If you are unsure about which finish to choose, please contact us at support@sarnion.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Steps to Return or Exchange an Item/Items:
Simply send us an email or reach us from our contact form. Contact our customer service team via "support@sarnion.com" with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Care when Returning and Exchanging Items:
Please include your order receipt and then package the pieces back into their original packaging to ensure that all of the pieces stay protected in their original form. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return. If pieces are returned and damaged due to improper packaging, the customer will be responsible for the price of the damaged product. No refunds or exchanges will be processed.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for a different size or style. To request an exchange, contact us at support@sarnion.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement to you.

If you are unsure of your ring size before purchasing, please contact us. We offer a free ring sizing kit that can be sent to your address to help you find your perfect fit. Please note that returns or exchanges due to incorrect ring size selection are not accepted.

Refunds:
We devote ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care.

When we receive an item returned in the stated conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method. If the item meets our return conditions, a full refund will be issued for the product price. If the returned item is damaged, worn, or altered, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you will not have to worry about your order. You will be refunded once our team confirms your cancellation.

Return Shipping Costs:
All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes size exchanges, change of mind, and all other circumstances.

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, SARNION will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping the item back so we can arrange the return.

Please note that our return address is located in Turkey. International return shipping may take longer and cost more than domestic shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sarnion.com with your order number, clear photos of the damaged or defective item, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund including return shipping costs.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered production can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is in production or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return policy will apply.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sarnion.com.

Your Consent:
By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy:
Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies, those changes will be prominently posted here. If you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
