As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Sarnion Jewelry. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Sarnion Jewelry, you agree to the terms set forth below along with this Policy.
If there's something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 30 days to issue a refund and return your product.
Steps to Return or Exchange an Item/Items
Simply send us an email or reach us from our contact form. Contact our customer service team via support@sarnion.com with your order number and a copy of your tracking label so we can start the process and deal with your return or exchange.
Care when Returning and Exchanging Items
Please include your order receipt and then package the pieces back into their original packaging to ensure that all of the pieces stay protected in their original form. If pieces are returned and damaged due to improper packaging, the customer will be responsible for the price of the damaged product. No refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Only online purchases from Sarnion.com official website will be eligible for refund or exchange. Generally, we may allow refund or exchange of products within 30 days of its delivery date.
When we receive an item returned in the stated conditions, we will issue a full refund within the same day.
As a general rule, only the purchased products that are unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches and blemishes are eligible to be considered for any refund or exchange.
If your product arrived faulty or damaged, please let us know! Just ship the item back to us and we will start the exchange process.
When returning or exchanging a product, please note that all customers are responsible for any shipping charges that may occur.
You shall be fully responsible for all shipping fees and charges associated with any refund or exchange. Your general obligation to pay any and all taxes and duties will continue to apply.
Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges. If you want to exchange, you can request a refund and when the transaction is completed, you can make the purchase again.
If the wrong ring size is given, please contact us for your new size after return. The customers are responsible to pay the shipping fees for returns.
If there is any problem or error in your order, please contact us if the faulty item was delivered. This will be fixed quickly.
Refunds
We devote ourselves to serving our customers with the best handcrafted jewelry products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. All that meticulous process is to make you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you will not have to worry about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product.
At the same time, we ensure that the packing is completed such that the items won't get damaged during transit. Please note that Sarnion Jewelry is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified as soon as you receive your money.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping
Sarnion Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
